Just to add i sold that Private Eye for 22 keys pure couple days after Heers trade.
I forgot that he also added 5 keys on top of private, so should be 22 + 5 = 27 total, proof : http://imgur.com/HHsJpPc
Alright, well, what I'm taking from that - I assume the private eye was offered?
So, (22 * 0.9) + 5 = 24.8 (rounding to 25)
And then the B/O still sets the low-end. So yaaay, danke.
