The range is 10 - 12, it's fine.

Why does it need a range though. Only 1 sale at 12 which could infact be an outlier with the multiple sales at 10 and sellers at 10. 10 flat sounds better

10 - 12 matches the SCM quite nicely, so no it's not an outlier.

You got one sale at 11 and two at 12, sure it needs a bump in price but 10-12 is a stretch considering 11 and 12 are both outliers.

Explain, what makes them an outlier? The only thing that makes them an outlier is your stupidly low knowledge of suggesting.
