Suggestion: Stare from Beyond Bonk Helm at 37 keys

It'd be great to have more proof, but it's a fairly new hat with 2 recorded sales. Current owner is trying to milk it, so I didn't use that unsold. First suggestion, don't strangle me if I missed something.

P. fetti regg is duped, so you can't use the already outdated price it has (11 months old).

Also, what sort of sweets were added? (edit: it looks like Jacob has already mentioned that a mini suggestion is required, but rememeber you must do a mini suggestion for a duped regg only.)

Alright. Some important stuff:

- What were the sweets on the max's sale? This can change the value a fair bit.

- The Reggaelator value is outdated, so a mini-suggestion will be needed for it (providing 1-2 sales to prove a value for it)
