Statistically moving key prices up make it worth more ref(obviously) but if you do that key affect buds which affect unusual prices making this whole entire thing wonky. Traders are being greedy, no key should be 20 ref. paying with just ref complicates things. Outpost prices shouldn't be used to prove anything almost everything is overpriced on Outpost.
