Still enough to prove that 9 ref is ridiculously high price for this item since it isn't selling at almost ½ of its price

Given the market for these things, only 4 Outpost trades exist for this particular item, 1 being a killstreak.

The market for these is small, and the fact that this guy is selling 4 for 5 Ref and hasn't sold one yet is cause enough to lower the price.
