outliers and why

240 seems to be a high outlier. Value is exceedingly higher (the difference between it and the low end would be ~1/3rd of the highest value) and theres no other sales any near it that back up as common trading point. Additionally, it would be pricing a lower tier unusual with a higher tier unusual's price.

I was the one who received the skullcap in a deal for my burning flames pomade prince. It is worth noting that in addition to the TF logo Rack and peace sign Skullcap I also received 45 CSGO keys. Here are screenshots of my trade history as proof:

I don't know what the current conversion rate between TF2 and CSGO keys is so u might have to do a little recalculating there.

Thanks for that clarification. With the current conversion rate (using the SCM prices as references, 2,46:2,20) 45 CSGO keys would equal ~50 TF2 keys, which brings the value of the trade a lot closer to the suggested range (to ~190).

Im in doubt whether or not to include it now. Im inclined to stick to my previous outcome, not using the sale due to the fact that it would be using a high tier hat to price a lower tier. With the hat being somewhere between half and two-third of the total value of that sale, I guess it'd be possible, but Im not sure enough in this case. Going to let the mods decide.

I think it'd be fine. I personally had problems when trying to price the PE slug, because the only sale had a duped Scorching Pyromancer's. The gap in tier is extremely noticeable, and because it was the only sale and it would've dropped the hat a LOT, it didn't seem right.

With this, the Pomade isn't too far off the Skullcap (at least, compared to my scenario) and the final value comes rather close to your other sales, so 165-190 should be okay.

Yeah, I guess the differences are acceptable enough. The hightier-lowtier is mainly to avoid 10key hats being priced with a 100key hat bulk trade Id say, so resuggesting wouldnt be wrong. Somehow I was hesistant to resuggest a few days back, as I thought both ranges would be accurate enough, but seeing a few scenarios I had the past few days, Im more and more leaning towards resuggesting. Probably will do so tonight.
