Price manipulation part 2

Since I guess some of the skullcaps under 2 keys are gone I guess this makes this suggestion valid?

Sold for 2 keys (Unique apoco-fists = 3 ref therefore price payed for strange skullcap = 2 keys)

It is effectively price manipulation, since (unless the rules changed) you can't suggest a price based only on your sales for something that isn't an unusual, even tough it has a very small market

First off. What the hell do you mean "How many have sold this for one key". They have clearly all sold. Thats like saying buds shouldn't raise because lots of them have previously sold for 4 keys

he is not the only person doing it.we are called hoarders and we do this since the beggining of trading.its not against the rules or something.actually those stranges/uniques are worth hoarding they are as rare as strange archimedes are also festives limited so it only makes sense the price to skyrocket,sooner or later...

It will skyrocket. But not THAT soon. Just like Late Summer stuff. Also, one thing is when you collect stuff that will skyrocket for slow profit, other is when you collect any kind of stuff, then suggest raising price of this stuff.

They're also going for $3.60+ on the community market, if that is any indication of a self-increase.

Obviously, there is a low demand for this hat and he's only got the 2 key sales because he's constantly buying up the 1 key sellers which are there.

there is a huge demand for the entire series of those stranges/uniques as well.the few that are left on the market outpost just a couple of months after the discontinuous of the crate is the proof for that the reason why there are so few left is because the misc was undervalued from suggestions since always suggestions pass in bp.tf according to what is sold and never concerned about the rarity of the item and usually quicksell prices sell while what is at bp.tf price remains unsold.That is fine for items like multiple times duped like buds madame dixies and whatnot.but in the Festive crate scenario the demand was and it is huge the numbers don't lie.

they are already the most rare stranges in the game and ppl just start to realize they wont get a chance to buy them again for cheap so the price will rise from now on.If his proof is real for me 3 sold in a 10 available for sell market is enough to rise the price.

His buying for 1 key is a quicksell price which is not to be counted as proof as its easy to spend a key and sell it in 5 minutes on steam market for 1 key + 4 ref.

People are only trading according to steam market prices since steam market price rised the misc needs a rise. plain and simple.

Dude, you need to not be so butthurt, 1. you need more proof. 2. You need to not buyout the market at 1 key and then "forget" to put them in your price voting. 3. You're asking to raise the price so you can resell, and you are saying people are buying for 1 key, price suggestions are based on sales, not buyers. 4. This IS price manipulation, don't put up price suggestions with too little proof. I've done that (as you can see) and I know now that that isn't how it works. You need to be able to link to the ENTIRE market if possible from up to the past 3 months of sales if it is that small of a market (like with unusuals).
