reasons for excluding this:

- High tier hats/items should not be used to price lowtier ones

- taking their current prices, this sale would be 1410 - 1065 - 550 = -205. I guess this would be an outlier

Since 120 is the only valid and useable sale, Im suggesting at 120 flat. The hat is currently for sale on the outpost *cough* HIGHBALLER *cough* far above the suggested price: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25555494 (its the hat from sale 2 and 3)

No offers in at least a week. It has been 3 weeks since its last sale. Unless it sells in about a week, the suggestion will meet the requirements of pricing with 1 sale (e.g only valid sale in 3 months, not resold within a month). Ill keep track of the sale and resuggest accordingly if it does sell soon.

The dude in the trade apparently was offered 220?

as said in the other comments, him stating he had 220 pure as offer doesnt prove he actually had it. I cannot find any notable offers on either of his listings. But if he does actually prove it, Ill happily resuggest at -205.

Been offered ~220K firstly in cash, but I declined it and said I'd rather take pure only. She agreed and collected the pure and already had more pure in buds but I declined 220k later on as I prefered the skullcap at that time and didnt wanted to sell it for less than 250k, seeing that every unusual rose in key prices. She passed on the 250k at that time.

She unfriended me some days later as she was kinda pissed off that I declined the 220 keys, which is a understandable reaction nonetheless. Her name was Dia at that time, steam level 200 if that helps.

Doubtful of the offer until he shows it. Outpost rules state all offers need proof anyways, so he's technically breaking rules.

Then tell him on his trade to provide it in his notes then, until then, there's no proof and invalid.

Yeah I saw it, but I cannot find any notable offers on his sale (and not on the previous listing). Several people claim to have high pure offers, so i dont know 'bout that one.

I suggest you resuggest at 205 and the sale for 120 is an outlier, since there is proof of 220 Keys being offered, 205 sounds more reasonable.

A 1000 key item shouldn't be used to price a 100 key item. Anyways, the pan is not 1400 keys - http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/8542-report-a-single-sale-the-forum-version/page-32?p=376172#entry376172. And realistically, the view is probably way less than 1000 keys. Sale value on that trade is closer to 0 keys. And that illustrates exactly why high tier items shouldn't be used to price low tier items.

With the pan's value at 1400 and using the current values of the pipe and the viewfinder, this sale is already at minus 200 (although the viewfinder's pricing is already approaching its official expiration).

as stated above, the pan sale is valued at minus 205, not 205. Regardless of this, the only thing I have on the 220 keys is a screenshot of a chat window with someone offering rw money and keys. I have no profile of the offerer (it could literally be anyone) and I cannot find anyone with that name with the suggested steam level. Unless I get a proper profile of this person, including proof that this person actually has or had 220 keys and is not a marked scammer, I cannot use that statement to blatantly put the 120 off as an outlier.

Well, thanks to KickAce who provided the profile link we can now definetely emphasize that the offerer is quite trustworthy (as I said earlier already) - Bp worth 4500$, several PayPal trades done, Top-tier SR Donator, not banned anywhere, Unusual Taunt collector, etc.

Yes, it appears to check out properly. That definitely puts the 120 in a different perspective. As I dont have any sales to support a higher price, I guess it is unpricable at the moment. I'll have to wait until you sell it to be able to properly price it.
