Was selling for 21 keys, however it is no longer in his backpack so he sold it:

Other one with a B/O on the market is selling for 20 keys (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25620822) however it is duped so I considered it invalid.

And this guy http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25588696 has no B/O and is just looking for offers.

can't use sellers to determine a range, need to find out what it sold for, can't make a range form just one sale

doesnt matter, you still need to close this since you can't make a range from just one sale, and you should be able to find what it sold for by checking his backpack

Can I not? Since they are the only ones on the market im pretty sure it justifies it, that's how ive seen it work countless times before.

pretty sure you can't do that with unusuals ( also can't set a price higher then a current b/o i think )
