    Even if you traded 35 keys for the taunt, why is the range 30-40, shouldn't it be 35 flat?

      Actually judging by bp history it looks like you traded a tf logo birdcage for it, which is unpriced so it cannot be used, especially because it also looks like a green confetti hetmans headpiece came with it.
