Just saying since Linus is a collector and as he did on the previous suggestions he might not want his hat priced...
In this situation though there's another one, It's 1/2.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25480072 - he's selling it now so..
Also in response to one of the offers he says he isn't buying anymore, so he's definitely not a "for keeps" collector. He seems to have just bought to resell off of the limited unusual hype.
Not that it really matters, only the sales do since they are old enough that it can be priced without him being a collector.
He cant be that much of a collector since he has it up for sale on Outpost.
The other sale is from december though, its not valid anymore
[Edit] actually its his own sale that isnt valid anymore
as stated, the 2nd sale is too old and therefore invalid to use. Its probably best to resuggest at 36 flat (although I'd even be inclined to say 33 is more accurate, bud prices went down to 11 very soon after the trade was completed).
For setting a price based on 1 sale you meet the requirements:
- Only sale in 3 months
- rare, uncommonly traded hat
- not resold within a month
~hope this helps
Second sale is to old to use.
I also don't see why as a collector, that his purchase wouldn't count as positive proof.
I didn't say his purchase doesn't count as positive proof
No, but you said as a collector he may not want his hat priced. Its not up to him to determine that. Voting suggestions rely on proof of sales, his counts regardless of what he wants or doesn't want.
Of course it does, I did say there's another sale.
His sale is too old to use...
I have no problem with this. We have two pure sales. One is a bit older but it sold for the same amount as the more recent one in pure. If anything, it gives more confidence that the suggested range is about right since this hat has had a stable, pure price for such a long time.
