No obvious recent sales that I could discern, guesstimating ~25k because of past experience with it

It looks like sale 2 also included that G. Fetti Scout Shako ( http://backpack.tf/item/2509602884 ). It's a 1/1 hat, but P. Fetti is valued at 25-34 keys, and the current owner is quickselling for 20 keys. http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/244614583 Looks like he also quicksold the O. Fire Lucha for 20 keys, if that helps.

Assuming the Scout Shako to be valued at 25 keys, the sale comes out to be 107 keys. Still an outlier, but a lot closer to the values of the other sales.
