"It clearly was an unusual"
Not much of a market, not sure if that buyer is invalid or not.
But here, have a sale at 1.66: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25543510
It seems the buyer bought his for 2 ref, it seems he just didn't take it down. (It's in his backpack now, with updated history.)
Is that still ok to use as a sale or? Not sure how this works completely
I'd assume it's okay, because usually people consider "old" as over 1 week. Although the 2 ref may have been a quicksale, I don't know...
Yeah that's why I'm not sure. :/
Although, there are a lot of unsolds at 1.66 and 2.0, like these.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25650324 (2 ref, 20 hours)

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25653571 (This guy is going hat for hat)
The one "Sale" May have been an outlier.
