It was me that bought it, the birdcage was 16 keys at the time of the trade and the hitmans was 3.7 keys. He sold it to me a for roughly 20 keys as a quicksell because he didn't like it

I'm using the updated value and not the value at the time of sale because it's the most accurate value for the Birdcage.

I wouldn't value the Hitman's Heatmaker at 3.7 keys just because it has a "Snipers Killed" part and for good reason. Any Strange weapons with parts are very difficult to sell for any extra value. I calculate its pure value at roughly 0.8 keys.

I don't think Unusual for Unusual trades count as quicksells. However, if they offered the Drill's Hat on your Birdcage no overpay is required.

Either the sale involving the Stove Pipe is excluded as an outlier, a large range is made (12-20 keys), or the lower sale is the outlier. Personally I'd stick with 12 keys because of where sales are for similar tier hats with the same effect.
