30 sold pretty quick, possible outlier?

24 took a week, 28 took 2 months. Not an outlier, looks more like two guys working together to control the market. Both their B/Os was 65 keys when the proofless suggestion went up, and then both moved down to 35 after it failed. Plus given the 30 key seller in Classifieds for 5+ days.

Oh, well, it's still a valid pure sale technically. Potato paid Marko 30 keys pure for it, and the range isn't bad.
