I dunno, seems like he's getting offers because the current price is inflated, and he knows it. When I contacted him to ask what he bought it for he refused to tell me lol. Does that not matter? Do offers count for pricing?
if there is a lot of offers that obviously exceed the sale,it is kinda clear the sale is an outlier
