The 2nd sale is kind of hard to get an exact price because of all the killstreak stuff, but im using it as supporting proof as it is at least 10 keys in items.

Pro KS Big Kills look to go for around $20 to $30 on the SCM, taking the market tax into account that is $17.40 to $26.10, so I would give a rough estimate of the Pro KS Big Kill as around 10 keys itself, Spec KS Pan Kits look to be going for around a key on average, and I would roughly estimate the Strange Spec KS Sniper Rifle + Headshots as around 1 key to 1.5 keys.

So that is rough estimate of 12 keys. If you assume item overpay was in play that would push it closer to the 10 key price.

Given the rarity of the tradable version I think 2 sales at 10 keys each is good enough proof: Upvote.
