You need sales/buyers to raise a price, if you have sellers lower than your sale/buyer then it needs a range.

When it doenst sell at 4.. i think it will neither sell ar 9.33

That's not how it works. Unsolds and sellers are used to lower the price. Further, that's not how you determine a price, you find the point or range where buyers are sellers meet, or find the range with sales and use that as your range.
