This is significantly higher than the (updated) heart tc price. This shows it has selling potential at (and even above) its regular equivalent's value (225).

Pricing with one sale

Im not setting a new price, nor am I increasing a price. 1 sale is enough in general. It is the only valid/useable sale in 3 months. The new price is clearly more realistic than the current, 2 year outdated one.

Final range:

sale at 203, rounding to 200 for convenience. Suggesting at 200.
