if it sold for a B/O of 14 ref you can still use it, but you need to cap the sale at 14 and count it as a sale at 14 ref.

Also, keep an eye on this: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25671894 seller at bptf prices. Its very young and not bumped, but if it doesnt sell and gets bumped later, it has to be taken into consideration.

I added him and already talked to him the seller and the buyer seems to have already bought one as it shows deathpyro sent him an offer so i guess that can be used as a sale and last one that asked tf price sold in 1 day and was unbumped but i told the guy selling for 14 ref and he is gona re edit it though he hasn't and it has 1 bookmark so probs someone is gona try and buy it
