Well, if a hat you use to price another in a suggestion is either duped, either gifted, either outdated (in this case price >3months so outdated), you have to find recent sales on that hat to determine the actual proper value to use on it for your suggest.

But its under 3 months that he bought the GE SnS for the 2 unusuals

Where you show one or two sales on an outdated hat to give it a new price. Unlike a full suggestion where you include all sales. At least from my experience. In minisuggestions you usually go with the latest sale

I think you need to multiply both the KaW Pusher and SS Hairpiece by .9 and then add those numbers together. Also people seem to be saying that one of the prices is outdated so you need to find a recent sale to get a good price for it.
