the pencil being offered to the sammy cap means you need to apply overpay...

EDIT: The pencil sold for pure, so overpay is unnecessary. that's why you don't apply overpay, not because the pencil was offered.

I was talked to by the owners and one said quote on quote "He offered it to me so there would be no overpay :P"

the pusher mini basically sold for pure so it should be fine
