--- asking 2 buds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25619048
--- 6 days no offers
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25394274
--- 3 weeks, 1 offer of a DBD gridiron guardian (EWwww...) (also same person as above)
5.5 x 2 = 11 keys, 11 x .9 = 9.9, rounding to 10 keys
decline a DBD gridiron guardian (9-11), so raising offer to 10 keys (as said in "how to make a good unusual suggestion)
help from:

and

(both links helped me set up this trade)
no one is willing to pay suggested value, which is why people aren't offering suggested value
~just let it happen
Current price is a bit high, but it is still way better than one you are suggesting...
i totally agree that this hat shoould not be worth 10 keys, but based on the evidence i have found, this is how much people are asking/ willing to offer on it, and offers are rare and few on this hat. im simply valuing the item at what its going for, not what i think it should be worth
It is called lowbawling...
then explain a 2 bud buy out
He got this offer a week ago : "2 buds , so 10 keys?", from looks of it he did not take.. Some people did not fix text in trades after buds crashed..
He was asking just to make sure, if he said "added I have 10 keys" or "added I have 2 buds" then different story. And you have a good point of the bud crash, but I have looked at his trade after the crash and the other bone domes and on his trade he hasn't changed his notes yet, so idk what to conclude but you do have a valid point
Your setting your price off of a declined offer? Are you sure you read the guide?
yes i did, "• ✓ DO set it slightly higher than the highest rejected offer if no past sales are available. If ~3 buds was the highest offer found but all owners of the hat rejected it, then set the price slightly above 3, but only slightly. Perhaps all those offers were pretty low. Giving the owners a chance to find to the right sale without undervaluing their unusual is only fair."
Id buy this for 10 keys at any time. 10 is far to low http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25526253 Got offer a strange slinger Pro.
but the user hid his own post, meaning that he retracted, if the trade owner closed the offer, then i wouldve considered it an offer, and if those kinds of offers were constant, then that wouldnt explain why the seller asking for 2 buds hasnt sold it in the 2 months of being available
Pretty clear that he hasn't adjusted his B/O ever since he made the trade.
true, but the fact that he is willing to take 2 bud indicates that is how much he values his personal hat at, if you can find evidence of it being worth more, i will gladly look at it and raise the range of this hat, but this is what i have found for it, so i am setting the range on what i have found
I'd still instantly buy this for 10-12 keys though, as I'm 100% certain I could flip it for higher. That itself should say something.
a personal opinion does not equal factual proof, as much as i would agree with you
Actually, I would also buy this for 10.
It's not 'personal opinion' if many actually support that opinion.
Which is why I made the suggestion...? :2
But no one supports this proof of a declined offer that is trumped by an offer worth at least 3 times that.
You're not being backed up here, Eldric is.
The offer was retracted not declined, which is why I didn't consider it in the pricing of the hat, if it said "post hid by trade owner" then I would have done a mini for the gunslinger and priced this hat at a higher range
Even the offer would've been a terrible point of proof to price this at the true price.
Through your ignorance of not listening to professional suggestors i'm taking the liberty of suggesting this hat with a correct range.
The fact he offered in the first place is enough to debunk your whole suggestion.
Then make a counter suggestion and I will gladly upvote and close mine if the proof is there :) I am very aware that I am a white belt at suggestions, and this one is very hard to do because of a b/o of 2 buds and very little to no offers on this hat

Done.
