How is lvl 69 a collectors lvl? Nobody gives a d*mn about lvls anymore. Afaik only level 100 can be considered a "collector's level". 6-6,33 pls.
People consider 1 - 42 - 69 and 100 collectors levels, so ill just go off what the majority thinks.

The guy at 6 obviously consider them special hence why the price is higher than usual ;_;
