Sale was for the strange one, shouldn't really be used.

To the best of my knowledge, this suggestion is invalid due to the Skullcap being Strange. Collectors are generally willing to pay more for Strange Unusuals because they're so much rarer than their 'normal' Unusual counterparts.

hm, just to give my opinion : Reversed effect sale can be used as price suggestion to price the "non reversed" (Exemple : RA snaggletooth was priced with a sale involving a reversed effect) Isnt the same thing here ?

I have no idea about glitched effects because I don't know what the 'official' mods' stance on them is, and they crop up much less frequently than Strange Unusuals.

Edit: Apparently all (two) RA Snaggles are like that, hence why it passed. Not 100% sure but that appears to be the case.

so if an unusual is strange do we not put a price on it?
