Hey everyone!

After the quick upgoing value of keys it seems to have finally stopped, scrap.tf is selling and buying around the value that players are selling and buying at on for example trade.tf where there are people selling for 19.33. Maybe buds could go up a little with this suggestion too :O

- Not including sellers and buyers totally out of the range for example people selling for over 20 ref or something like that.

- Apologize if I included the same buyer/seller twice or if the buyer/seller changed their price or if I forgot someone.

1 scrap isnt that much when you're talking about keys, is it?

It's hard to supply unsolds when there are bots selling them. You don't know if the owner of the bot took them for an unusual trade or if someone bought them... :/

Well, what would you think of a price suggestion for 18-19.66 ref? I'm rounding up and down a bit to make it a better suggestion.

no I do mean 18-19.66. There are both sellers and probably also buyers at 18 ref as its 2 ref below the current backpack.tf price. Look in classifieds, dont correct me if you didnt read the whole desc please.

It looks pretty good, but you probably need more sellers at 19.22

First of all, there are automated bots selling for this price, there are currently 10 keys availible. 2nd of all, there are sellers for much lower, for example in classifieds for 18 ref.

Well, the first one means it's either popular so that he bought a lot and ran out of ref, or he just spent it on something else.

The 2nd... ehh, idk it clearly says he's buying for 19.66 "I am currently buying keys for 19.66 Ref and selling them for 20 Ref!". But he doesnt have any keys.

Classifieds - my mistake didnt read the desc, but there's still others buying for 18.66 and lower. Btw it's not implemented in the range "19.22–19.55 ref"

scrap.tf is a buyer as anyone else. There are other people using bots to buy keys, and you didnt say anything about them. Buyers do mean something, if there are no buyers for, lets say 19 ref, you cant sell them for it

Keys are a currency item and require much more proof than what you have provided, take a look at previous accepted suggestions to see around how much you should have.

It may not seem like a lot, but theres a bunch of people that are selling on classifieds that I just included in a couple of rows.

Btw, could you tell me how many sellers and buyers they've provided?

Thanks, but it seems like I have a greater range, he just included the ones that fit his range. I will think about this and improve next time I make a suggestion.

Edit: No sellers... you need sellers to have buyers, I bet there's at least one guy out there buying keys for 1 ref each. But there are no sellers...

Well, let us see :) I'm not going to make a new suggestion if this fails, someone else with more time can do it.

I'm going to stay neutral on this one for now, purely because that's not much proof for currency.

Comments on a suggestion aren't all about you. They're for discussing the proof of a suggestion. His contribution to the discussion is one more voice pointing out that there's not enough proof for a key suggestion.

Even so, you should take it as advice that you made a suggestion without enough proof and that's something to work on in the future.

We all think different. But if mine doesn't get accepted, there's 3 more waiting. :)

A least 10 sellers under 19 ref on Backpack.tf

Anything that will reduce the price of keys is good. It was stupid to make them go over 10 ref in general.

Ah... The good old days when keys were only 2 ref (and I didn't have tf2 at that time :3).

I actually think that buds should become pure again and be changed to 20 keys, keys become 10 ref and ref be 25 cents and make it so you can't suggest price changing to these 3 items ever and they will remain the same forever.

Well, keep dreaming :P I really wish that too actually, but unfortunantely, I don't think it'll ever happen :'(
