Oultiers and why

Cant get an accurate mini on the guad, but its very likely overstating its price. Can't use this (and the value is far too high).

With a B/O of 22 it sold quite fast, but there's multiple sales below 22 to show lower than 22 is also a common trading point. Nothing backs up the 40 sale, considering this an outlier.
