It's not much evidence for the price suggestion but it's because this effect is rare to come by.

Where can you see it was sold for a G.E noir?

Kablam, the buckaroos owner, doesn't appear in the owners history of the noir.

Perhaps he accepted the offer, but eventually it looks like he sold it for something else.

If you look in the history of the noir the person who was selling this hat owned the noir at some point and did accept the trade because you can see it in the history so i'm not sure why the the other guy is not in it.

Well obviously Blixity, the guy who offered the noir for the buckaroos, will be part of the history because he owned the hat.

Offers are sometimes retracted or rejected after second thought, so the fact that he accepted it at first doesn't mean that it was sold for it later on.

Okay well it looks like i may have slipped up a little on the history and interpreting it wrong but the hat is now owned by one of the people i linked and is selling it for 50 keys with that being the most recent price on a noir

First of all, if it wasn't sold for the Noir it's irrelevant what people are selling the Noir for.

Secondly, it doesn't matter what people are asking for, it matters if they actually get their asking price. They can sell it for 100 keys as well yet it doesn't mean that it's worth that much.

If you look at the offers people have for the hats people are giving unusual's with good overpay it's just that the people selling the noir is picky and mostly want pure. A guy is offering a "searing plasma Cosa Nostra Cap" priced at 8 buds and sold for that price on outpost + 10 keys so he is offering 10 buds... They are getting over there asking price ++overpay

i sold his buckaroos for an australium sniper and i added 6 keys.

How long ago did you trade it puddingitsy? because the sale is not on outpost?

it is at least not long ago or like 2 weeks ago,i am banned in outpost for behavorial reasons,he offered it to me.

What was the price of aussie snipers at the time? Where they still 40 keys? Could you get the exact day?

Do you know how much the aussie sniper was worth at the time though was it still 40 keys? The price was updated around a week and a half ago and you say 2 week. Just to make sure i'm getting the right price.

GE Noir is outdated

That is why i got outpost prices and backpack.tf so i could have a good guess at the correct price. I know it's not good to guess but i had to go of something.

Also how did you get 35 keys?

Because the noirs are being sold on a wide range from 40-50 keys i would guess that the price of the hat would be around 45 because it is outdated. The guy selling the buckaroo wanted an overpay with unusual's around 5 keys so that got me to 30 keys and because of the random and outdated prices of both the hats i put it to 35 keys so it fits his unusual overpay price. I know it is not the best way to price something but it is hard when they are both outdated and both have wildly different prices from post to post. I tried senpai ;_;

1. You can use B/Os to lower unusuals temporarily, as stated by polar, not raise them

2. There's a seller for 37 keys for the GE Noir, so this is wrong

3. Did you apply overpay?

Yes there is one selling for 37 keys but that does not change the price of the hat that wildly if buds where still 16 keys and some one sells them for 2 ref it does not make the price invalid it maybe lowers it or does not change it at all.

And the guy wanted overpay for his buckaroo and the noir is priced on backpack and outpost for around 45. i tried my best with the pricing if you have a better price/ more info for this hat and can suggest a better price be my guest it will be alot easier for me. This is my first time at making a price suggestion and this is the price that i think the hat should be using the info i have found from outpost.

Refer to point #3:

"Temporarily, we will allow suggestions based only on b/os under certain situations."

In other words, we can lower and refresh unusuals through buy-outs, as long as it meets the criteria polar stated

The sale was reported wrongly as confirmed by puddingitsy and the backpack history as well. Not to mention that the seller's b/o was 25 keys pure. No sales should be valued more than that.
