Considering me, Shadow, and MB would gladly pay 9 keys for this ANYTIME, shows it's an outlier. And the current seller got an OFFER of 12 keys in LESS THAN ONE DAY.

9 keys is an outlier, and 12 keys could also be an outlier if an offer came in that quick.

This. Offers me nothing and seeing as near anyone with basic trading knowledge would pay 9 keys for this (including myself) means that it must be an outlier.

If i sell an unusual for 5 keys, will range be 5 keys - eternity? No.

9 keys isn't a common trading point for unusuals with that effect. For n&b? Maybe, but not for c.peace or logo.

In tf2 a bud came to 5 keys, so why not?

Upvote, if they are selling it for 12 keys and ONLY 1 ON THE MARKET... if he finds atleas one sale (quicksale or not) which he found, thats enough for a hat which isn't for sale anywhere else than one post on tfoutpost and one on the market. Only 10 exist, if someone is selling it for 12 keys, not 3 buds, that means its really hard to sell higher than 13-14 keys.

Did you even check the proof at all? The only seller on market is asking for 14 keys, not 12. 9 keys is an obvious outlier, and the 'proof' for 12 keys is an offer of 12 keys pure on the current seller on market which he received in LESS than one day and declined it.
