I'd not say so. Scm still offers $ which can be converted to keys directly

1) it's not accepted

2) there are perfectly valid in game sales for this

3) shouldn't that suggester be using an average of the buying price and the price that the seller got for it anyway since they're two different prices?

You can use SCM sales. You just need to provide proof that it actually happened.

The final price needs to be without fees.
