Unfortunately, you can't base a price for an unusual off sellers alone, You need at least 1 sale for all unusual suggestions.

I'd recommend poking through the item history of those hats, and you could add the seller to ask what it sold for. Make sure to apply overpay if it was for another unusual, and make a mini if the price is outdated.
