As always, please try and keep the comments relevant, please don't make comment comprised only of "upvote" or "downvote". Counter-proof / supportive proof is always appreciated!

These are traders constantly changing their prices. I'm having trouble finding any proof that they sold any recently at the price you claim they are selling

Some of them have in their trust comments very recent ref sales.

The only way that someone could really verify this is if they added said sellers, which I can't do atm.

The fact there's multiple buyers at 10 cents shows this needs a raise.

I am not sure how else people are suppose to find sales other than directly adding, which is just major time consuming and not to mention most sellers won't probably feel safe to let the suggester know how many they sold and at what price.

This is the major problem with ref suggestion when it comes to raising the price. Not sure how else anyone can suggest a raise for it.

This is how it was done last time ref rose in price (of course back then, there were many sellers for it but market is very small compared to then and now) :

Might I ask; why has the market for ref for irl money decreased whilst the amount of available ref has gone up?

inflation the more there is of something the more it becomes worthless just like what happend to the mark

The suggestions just get left up for a week. And we monitor whether the sellers are changing their prices. If they drop their prices, means they aren't selling. If they raise them, they are selling well. In that time, you'll usually see some comments on the rep threads too.

      PRICE MANIPULATION !!!11!!1111!! DOWNVOTE

Good job m8, they are finally rising. Upgoated.

looks good to me, was wondering when someone makes a suggestion for that, anyways-> upboat

Only 3 days ago did the first sold at 0.12 seller sell 100 ref for 10 bucks. He probably changed his price sometime recently

        I'm buying @ $0.11. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25674193#latest

I personally can't find a piece of metal for .10, and have been trying for a couple days now.

            really? is that all? -_-

no one cares why you voted

You joined the April Fools bandwagon a tad bit too late.

Yeyy! It seems like the TF2 economy slowly begins to come back from the dead. Fall of the keys, rise of the ref! The earbuds are dead tho :( That is sad.

"Fall of keys" Yeah right give it a month and they'll rise again

''Death of the buds'' yea right give it a month and they'll rise again

                    A month?

So you reckon, in a month, after keys have fallen so much, they'll "randomly" rise again?

This is almost an economy turn around. Keys lowering, ref rising, buds might soon follow but as SPAAACE! said, there's no reason why they should.

It's like what I said above; there are small recessions with key prices. If the ref suggestions in those recessions fail, as shown in the past, result in keys raising back up again. It's like the community has an involuntary tolerance level as to how high the key prices raise.

The reason keys are dropping is because no one would pay 20 ref.

When people were selling lower, they went lower to undercut them. People went lower, etc etc.

Refined has a very small influence on the key prices as USD$ =/= ___.__ ref. Normally, people won't use real money for an item like refined which is why the price normally fluctuates by it self, sometimes influencing and being influenced by keys.

if ref goes up keys will go down and buds will start going up

There's no logical reason for buds to go up. As it has been explained before buds were a currency only out of necessity before the current trading system existed. With over 80.000 found in backpacks, they are anything but rare. I expect them to drop a bit more.

To the topic: Upvote from me. I've had people asking to buy ref from me, offering $0.11-0.11, unfortunately I don't sell refined at the moment.

Seems like your second attempt is good enough. I honestly do understand why you can't find much evidence due to the tiny market >:(

Yes,it seems like the economy might not be as kill as tought,I've also seen some getting sold at 0.12/0.11,so yes, upvote from m0e.

                        Screenshots?

"Keys are too expensive, they should go down."

"WTF keys are falling! They should go up."

My god, ref need to go up, upvote

Could it be? The first time ref is going up in history?? Upvote

Seems like keys are going down and respectively ref is going up. Makes sense!

                              Upboated. This is valid proof

Makes sense. Keys go down refined goes up. The value of key and ref. return to that one it was a few months ago.

Is this the solutain for keys to go up? is it or not? will only one way upvote or downvote

If ref goes up, keys go down so everything will even out and eventually stabilize if this trend continues.

Up with refined! Down with keys!

when will people realize that it doesnt always work like this?

it all depends on the economy (aka people selling them) whether they go up or down.

this isnt like 2 elevators when 1 goes up, the other goes down

i dont understand if i sold my ref for 0.05 cent the price of the ref change? if a key is $2.50 and you try to sell in the market is 2.31 and you won $2, if the people are selling keys for 17 ref or 17.11 ref the price must be 0.11 or 0.12 !

                                          bruh.

                                          grammar pl0x

                                            hablo español, disculpa!

Realistically, I think this should be .11 flat since I'm still not seeing many sales actually happening at .12. But I'll admit the suggested range is probably better than the current one.
