Realistically, this unusual should be priced based on your first sale and the second sale only as the other sales that you presented are older than 3 months old which is our absolute limit for unusuals with limited sales.

I won't ask you to resuggest this for a flat price since this is very close to the suggested range but please do keep in mind to try and use sales within 2 months only and up to 3 months if there are very scarce sales. Recent sales > Older sales.
