One in the classifieds for 8 ref, none on outpost at time of posting. Previous suggestion = 12 months old.

What. I didn't buy that for 3 craft hats, and the only reason i offered higher is because he did, lol

Oh, and if it was a normal ungifted one i would've let it slide and he would've got it, but it was an old gifted one so i decided to pay more, until em and Derpify agreed the guy's offer was fake. It sounded VERY fishy, so we agreed on another price. Regardles,, i have successfully bought more for 1.66 than higher, so i would say this is not the right range

4 seems to be better imo since craft hat is 1.33

Depens on hats tho, i'd argue about craft hat = 1.33
