You would think there would be more evidence, but surprisingly, this has been in bulk sales and pretty limited too.

I don't even see why the first one should even be considered.
It sold REALLY fast, owner even acknowledge it was a quick sale.
Any "god" tier unusual that sells in under a week for pure, shows that it was a quicksell.
The paypal sale actually confirms 350 keys is actually a solid price. You're only nit-picking proof at me.
(Yet, I don't know why that link is broken now. I'll need to investigate into that.)
I just know from what Im lookin at here, there is a single 350 key sale to be seen. And it was a quicksell. So don't believe quicksells should be in a range.

The cash conversion is off here.
Buyers were paying $1.85 for keys only recently. At the time buyers were paying closer to $1.65 per key (I'd like someone to confirm this for me). I believe buyers only started paying more after the bud crash. I did make a Paypal trade early March at $1.65 per key and the trade you mentioned happened in mid-March. In a way cash requires overpay in that you take the buyer's prices rather than the seller's prices. So, for the second sale...
(650 / 1.65) + (29.5 * 0.9) = 420 keys

35 buds sold pretty quickly. It should be safe to just exclude it from the range.
Actually, people were paying about $1.85 on average about the time of the sale. I used to pay $1.75 for my keys, until he became marked, and after that--I haven't seen really much after that. In fact, key prices only seemed to went up and even polar mentioned they're normally in the $1.80 to $1.90 ballpark with suggestions back in late March.
You have to base off of sellers, not people buying. Sure, you can get customers, but the real factor is... what are people actually selling them for?

The frostbite muffs has 0 usable sales in the last 3 months, but it's only 3 months old and is probably not too far away from its value.
So that sale is ~450 after overpay.
Regarding the paypal trade. Keys were ~1.80 at the time - http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/32919-selling-keys-for-18-each-via-paypal/. A few weeks before that they were ~1.70-1.80. And they increased to ~1.85 and then 1.90 shortly after. Add on the scopers and the trade value is ~390
So every single sale on this:
350, 390, 450, 490. Given how fast the 350 one went, I would go with 390-490 here. Most of the other sales have a solid amount of pure anyways, including the 390 sale. So we can be pretty confident in them.
