Does this hat even exist?

Sold mine for

150 Keys Pure + PE Cold Killer (used mid range value of 210) (210 x .9 = 189) + PE Tartan Tyrolean (60 x .9 = 54) = 393 (high value)(round down)

Mini Suggestion for Cold Killer:

Sold for a (Duped) Ooze Hong Kong Cone + 20 Keys mixed
