idk. 55 honestly seems like an outlier.

I had a collecting offer of 40 keys pure from Bubble(He had either 34 keys or 36 pure when he offered, and I know that he was going to be able to collect the rest) within 24 hours of getting the hat, the guy who commented above.

I was also offered a Disco Beat Down Ball Cap(updated price less than 2 months ago at 58 keys), which would have been 58*.9= 52.5 = ~53 keys if I had accepted.

Those were offers from the first 48 hours of me having the hat(and then I sold it).
