Outlier and why

None of the offers seem to have been any close to 33. In general, there are not many offers on it. Offers generally vary somewhat between 16 and 20.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24856656 has been up for over a month, offers were a bud (12) and 16 keys.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25263278 in one month time, there has only been one offer: one person has offered 20, and has not replied when the seller stated he'd instantly accept 25 (significantly lower than 33).

It seems like the buyer of the 33 sale was just trying to get rid of a duped hat.

Conclusion:

Going with 18 flat
