3,88-5 seems better. Or 4,33-5.

It isn't clear for how long the 4.33 was for sale and how long it took to sale, if it happened to be a quicksell then 5 ref flat would be just as fine.

As for the 3.88-5 I am completely agreed, like mentioned in my previous comment, as long as the seller bumps.
