Setting a price based on one sale, meeting the criteria

- only (usable) sale in 3 months

- Rare, uncommonly traded hat

- has not resold within a month/went to a collector

There's no open outposts. It did change owners, but I cant link a sale's value to them. Unless it sells within a few days (which i highly doubt, since there's no active seller), Pricing on one sale should be valid
