Math: 17.66(knife) + 11.22(ap.sap) = 28.88 - 10%(item overpay) = ~26 ref + 10.66 ref(pure). 36.66 / 17.66 = 2.07 keys, rounded down to 2 keys

Ap-sap was valued at 11.22 at the time, and keys were around 17.66.

I call this an outlier, it can be sold for more easily. Even scm agrees with that.
