Do note the war pig got retracted (as in, it sold <1 day after it was offered). I guess this depends on what other offers itll get. I did not check out previous trade posts, but it this one is barely getting any (But to counter that, last time it bumped was 4 days ago). If its indeed the only valid/usable sale (and it seems like it is) Id say it is the closest reference point there is
