You need completed sales, not sellers.

I don't think to have need a complete sales to down a price also there are just 4 of that, then have a sold is hard... thats are the only on outpost and they don't ask 74 keys.. then I think that unu need a new price (7 months old price...)

My bad, your right. However, this is an unusual, so you do need sales, even if you're lowering a price.
