Although the only usable sale at 9 keys is spec ks, sale at 11.6 on scm supports 9 keys is usable and therefor im using 9 keys.

Looks good to me, Upvote ;)

Spec KS kit for gunslinger is a key on the scm. At least discount that key from the price (so 8 keys), then maybe the suggestion has a slight chance to pass. Also market sale is not 11.6 keys, its more like 8-9 keys. I would say suggest at 8 keys flat.

        Why isn't 23$ 11.6 keys?

Nvm he probably counted keys at 2$, Either way i counted keys at 2.375

          and 23 / 2.375 = 9.7 close to 10, I think 9 is still better than 8

He probably used bp.tf $ price for keys (1.97$ atm). However you have to use the market price of keys at the time of sale (4th april) which was ~2.47$. 21.17€ is 22,88$, 22.88/2.47 = 9.25 keys, however for market sales you always have a range to take in consideration the fee for the seller. 22,88/1.15 (fee) = 19.9/2.47 = 8.05 keys.

That's why I said the sale has a range of ~8-9 keys, but since scm proof is only supportive and the other sale is more like 8 keys, I would say 8 flat is the price. :P

How to use market sales you can actually find that in the unusual guide:

            Steam Community Market Sales

-For each SCM sale, please provide proof (screenshot) that the hat of that particular effect sold for the said price

-To determine a trade value, you should take in consideration BOTH what a buyer paid and what the seller sold (i.e. you will get a range from a single sale. low end = what the seller received; high end = what the buyer paid)

-Buyer value: Take the sale value divided by the value of keys AT THE TIME.

-Seller value: First factor in steam tax. Divide the sale value by 1.15. Then divide the result by the value of keys at the time of the sale as appropriate.

-Treat SCM sales as you would other sales - compare the sale value to other sales and b/os to determine if it is an outlier)

              oh, i guess you're right.

8 keys would probably be more accurate.

              resuggest at 8 mr. octopus
