Youre currently allowed to lower unusuals based on unsolds. However, 11 of them exist, so I doubt theres no recent sales on this when theres 3 on the market

11 of them exist yes, but there are only those on pricelist and outpost then u can buy only those

well the others can be traded as well.

25-26 is high, 31-34 is most high
