I think the volume of four ref sellers justifies it being in the range at this point.

Sales* and it just proves that it needs a raise since all 4 refs are sold within a day. A conservative raise isn't needed, in my opinion.

Quantity and quality are both important factors. This is still quite easy to obtain at 4 refined, quicksale or not, so it should still be in the price.

Yeah but there are no other sellers at 4 ref on outpost, currently. That's why I think 4 ref isn't necessary at all but alright, everyone has their opinions.

At the moment there are no valid sellers on outpost full stop, so that's kinda a moot point :3
