From a frag video I saw a while back where a Flamboyant + Last Breath Pyro took down 10 enemies and capped the last point all without healing.

I've always wondered why your suggestions get accepted in less thatn 5 hours, and others take 5-10 days

It's kinda just luck with the mods.... Craft hats are usually fast for everyone but things can slip by and will go unchecked for a while.
