This item is to be used by F2P users. Why should we make the price of this item to be high? We (premium users) aren't going to need this. It is our choice if we want to donate it to F2P users or not. I suggest that we lower the price of this item due to the lone purpose of it.

These things are selling on the manco store for 5$ and that's the only obtainable way. 5$ is 2 keys and people want profit so that's why its priced as it is.
