Sales at:

outliers and why

240 seems to be a high outlier. Value is exceedingly higher (the difference between it and the low end would be ~1/3rd of the highest value) and theres no other sales any near it that back up as common trading point. Additionally, it would be pricing a lower tier unusual with a higher tier unusual's price.

Including the 190 in the range. The hightier-lowtier pricing is not so much a problem here since it is no huge difference (i.e. its not using a 100key hat bulk trade to price a 10key hat) and the sale fits with the values of the other sales.

Final range: 165-190
