Previous suggestion I'd assume, 27 days ago.

Although, given that the wrench and most of the other sales (with the exception of the 19k pure) are items, there may be some slight inaccuracy given that they're all (assumedly) in overpay.
Clearly better than the current range. It's possible this is still low and should be ~18 flat.
